Return Policy

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

Due to the nature of nutraceuticals and dietary supplements, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law.

Returns may be accepted where:

  1. The product was delivered damaged or defective.
  2. The wrong product was delivered.
  3. The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection of the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the error is attributable to Wholeshield.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • a. Opened or used products.
  • b. Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • c. Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)
